We have extended our deadline for Teen Council applicants to Sunday, April 12, 2020 at 11:59PM. Contemporary Arts Museum Houston (CAMH)’s Teen Council is a highly collaborative creative incubator that provides High School students grades 10-12 with opportunities in leadership, visual literacy, and life skill development. During weekly meetings, the Teen Council members are introduced to the inner workings of museums and to the dynamic Houston arts community.

Teen Council is for artists and all types of arts enthusiasts. You need not be an artist to apply.

Once accepted, all Teen Council members become paid employees of CAMH and are required to attend weekly after-school meetings.

This application will be open from March 3–April 12, 2020 at 11:59PM. Applicants will be notified of next steps on Wednesday, April 22, 2020.  Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and are considered as they arrive.
