Bayou Bend’s 14 acres of formal gardens and woodlands provide a unique setting for a workshop introducing photographers to the best tools for capturing animals on camera in a natural setting. The grounds of Bayou Bend are home to a wide variety of birds, insects, and a few other surprises. Instructor Elicia Garcia of the Houston Center for Photography leads the workshop.
About the Programs & Activities
Class meets in the Kilroy Center (6003 Memorial Drive) for instruction before proceeding to the historic property. A minimum of 8 participants is required for the workshop to take place. If the minimum is not met, ticket-holders will be contacted to be issued a full refund.
