On a beautiful spring morning, join MFAH to celebrate Pilates Day, a global event designed by the Pilates Method Alliance to provide free Pilates experiences to communities around the world!
Bring your mat for a relaxing session with four instructors who originally brought Pilates to Houston in the 1980s: Sasha Davis, teacher, Pilates of Houston; John Gosset, owner, Pilates Concepts of Houston; James Harren, owner, Pilates of Houston; and Elizabeth Jones-Boswell, owner, Pilates Conditioning and Rehabilitation.
About the Programs & Activities
The Pilates practice takes place outdoors on the Law Building’s South Lawn. If there is inclement weather, the event takes place in the American General Conference Room in the Beck Building.
