Founded in 2010, Marfa Dialogues was conceived as a symposium to broaden public exploration of art, politics, and culture. In 2012, the program expanded to consider the science and culture of climate change. Ballroom Marfa, FotoFest International, and the Public Concern Foundation bring Marfa Dialogues to Houston in conjunction with FotoFest “Changing Circumstances: Looking at the Future of the Planet” at the Menil Collection (March 24) and at the Museum of Fine Arts Houston and the Contemporary Arts Museum Houston.
