We're taking Virtual Learning one step further with a full on workshop you can join from home! These workshops are great for kids new to CAD or expert users. Work with Children’s Museum Houston’s own Maker Education Manager, Jacob Breier as you explore design concepts using CAD.

Work with Jacob and Danni to learn all about what went behind the design of the original Star Wars movies, from costumes to spaceships to alien planets, using the browser-based digital design software Tinkercad to create your own model of different Star Wars inspired models!

Work with Jacob to use block coding to create complex shapes, including a colorful flower garden. You’ll learn all about the basics of Tinkercad’s Code Blocks software as you work.
