No sense of humor? Don’t feel like laughing? No problem! No matter our mood, the healing yogic breathing and movement exercises of laughter yoga will strengthen our immune systems, oxygenate our brains and bodies, reduce stress, and release emotions in a healthy way. Laughter yoga exercises are simple and easy to use in our daily lives. The mental, physical, and spiritual health benefits of laughter have been confirmed by hundreds of studies and testimonials. There are no on-the-floor exercises and no yoga mats or special exercise clothing required. All ages and physical abilities are welcome. Lainie’s classes have been featured in The Houston Chronicle, Houston Public Media, Great Day Houston, and Houstonia.
