Filters for the Lens and for the Computer

Filters are important tools in both digital and film photography for modifying the amount or color composition of the visible light. The instructor will explain the effects of the different optical filters using on camera lenses and will compare to the effects of the digital filter plug-ins in the image postproduction process. Students will learn about colored, monochromatic and effect filters used in color or black & white digital or film photography.
