About the Camp
Camp Hours
Camps meet from 9 am - 3 pm. Before and After Care is also available for an additional fee.
Before Camp Care: 7:30 am -8:30 am
After Camp Care: 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm.
Campers will have the option to play fun games, watch age appropriate videos, do arts and crafts, solve puzzles and more. Snacks are provided. Before Camp Care and After Camp Care are available for the entire week only and must be purchased on or before the first day of camp. Daily rates are not available. Campers must be picked up by 5:30 pm, after which an extra charge of $1.00 per minute will be assessed.
Admission and Pick Up Times
General camp admissions will begin at 8:30 am. Please note that if you have not signed up your camper for the Before Camp Care option, you will have to wait in the front and will not be able to sign your camper in until 8:30 am.
Campers are expected to be picked up by 3:30 pm. Any pick ups after 3:40 pm will be charged a late pick-up fee.
Camp Registration
Camps are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to high demand for camp spaces, all sales are considered final. During the camp season, camps that are full will be posted as such on our website. If a camp is full, your registration and payment will not be processed, and you will be contacted promptly so that you can make other arrangements. You will have the option of placing your camper on a wait list.
Lunch
Lunch will not be provided for campers. Campers are welcome to bring their own lunches. Afternoon snacks will be provided.
Member Discounts
Membership must be current to take advantage of discounted camp fees. Family Level members and above are eligible for discounted camp fees. For more information about memberships, visit the membership section of our website or contact the membership department at [email protected].
Cancellations, Drop/Adds, and Refunds
The Museum reserves the right to cancel camps that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements. If a camp is cancelled by the museum, registrants will receive a full refund. There is a $100 fee for all cancellations or camp transfers. In order for a registrant to receive a refund (minus cancellation fee) for a camp cancellation, registrants must contact the Camp Office in writing no later than 10 business days prior to the first day of camp. There are no refunds for camp registrations cancelled or dropped by registrants less than two weeks before camp begins. There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
