In honor of its most popular and longest running exhibition series, CraftTexas, Houston Center for Contemporary Craft hosts CraftTexas Roundup, an indoor/outdoor fundraiser celebrating Texas craft and honorees, Michelle and Frank Hevrdejs.
Guests to this special event get an in-depth look at the newly opened CraftTexas 2016, a juried exhibition of the finest contemporary craft being made in the state. The evening includes craft spectacles by local artists, a silent auction and raffle, zesty BBQ, and cool cocktails in the Craft Garden. Each reservation includes two raffle tickets that can be used to win one of several special prizes. The theme is totally Texas, with guests encouraged to wear their rodeo finest. All proceeds benefit HCCC.
