06:00 PM – 07:00 PM
US/Central

PSYCHOLOGY-AND-LIFE-240X240 (3)

Explore how couples are being impacted by the COVID-19 crisis and discuss some healthy ways to preserve connections and manage anxiety and stress. Let’s join together as a community to increase awareness and draw comfort from one another. Participation through Q&A and group discussion are strongly encouraged.

We are offering this class for free. As a nonprofit organization, we welcome any donation that might be meaningful and affordable for you at this time.

This online and livestreaming program can be taken from home, or anywhere with an internet connection. If you register, you will be emailed viewing instructions prior to the event.

All times are CDT. Please contact Mary Oleyar at [email protected] with any questions. Learn more about online learning.
