Don’t miss this opportunity to hear Cantare’s expansive choral ensemble fill the Museum’s largest gallery of European art with powerfully evocative vocal warmth and dynamic interpretations of timeless classics and brilliant new scores.

Now in the 13th season at the MFAH, annual Cantare Holiday Concerts are a cherished tradition. For this year’s program, Cantare artistic director Amy Solberg has created a kaleidoscopic mix of music from all eras and genres, including motets, carols, choral classics, and popular songs, on the theme “Love Divine.” And of course, the program closes with Cantare’s traditional audience sing-along!

A 7 pm performance by the Choral Scholars from St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, under the direction of Eddie Quaid, precedes the concert. The Cantare performance begins at 7:30 pm.
