PTSD can develop when people experience or witness a traumatic event. National PTSD is celebrated June 27th and brings awareness to the fact, “not all wounds are visible.” Stress management is an important factor in good health, and hormonal responses to stress can negatively impact our bodies. Join us as we explore the short and long-term effects of fear, isolation, loss, and other stressors during a pandemic on our psychological well-being.

Special exhibits may require an additional fee - General Admission: $10 per adult; $8 per child (ages 3-12); $8 per senior (ages 65+); Free for members and children under 2 yrs. Free Hours: Free Family Thursdays 2 - 7 pm.
