Co-organized by ClayHouston, this two-day symposium (April 30–May 1) examines the processes and technologies of contemporary ceramics. Artists David Hicks and Cheyenne Rudolph lead demonstrations, and a panel discussion explores other ceramics practices.

After Hicks’ and Rudolph’s presentation discussion on the first day of the forum, stay for Garth Johnson's free lecture, “The New Ceramic Absence,”  at 4 p.m. Visit clayhouston.org for more information and to register.
