PSYCHOLOGY-AND-LIFE-240X240

Learn to build group coherence in the face of discords that break down effective communication.

David Bohm, theoretical physicist and "spiritual son" of Albert Einstein, held an abiding desire to use his scientific discoveries in helping groups delve under the surface of discordances to find their root source. Bohm's process of "dialogue," different than the common meaning given that word, uncovers hidden patterns driving group problems. Rather than breaking things down by analysis and discussion, dialogue rebuilds the underlying wholeness through participation and "thinking together," unleashing the unsuspected potential for creative solutions.
