Coping with Stress

BODY-MIND-AND-SPIRIT-240X240

Participants can meditate through movement using Tai Chi Chuan, a Chinese exercise practiced in slow, relaxed, continuous motion. Its theory is based on the Yin/Yang philosophy. In practicing the forms of Tai Chi and breath coordination, participants will learn to concentrate on their own mind and achieve physical and mental balance. Tai Chi is a tranquil way to gain vital energies.
