Participants can learn how to capture the magic in the moment by changing the experience of personal suffering.
Looking for the meaning in struggle can liberate people from unnecessary pain and can ground them when setbacks and failures seem impossible to overcome.
Through personal narrative, appreciative inquiry, experiential activities, and guided imagery, the group will explore the meaning of individual existence and discover how to influence others to recognize the significance of their lives.
