The work of experimental Dutch designer Joris Laarman challenges the boundaries of art, science, and technology. Laarman’s advanced production processes often involve digital fabrication methods and robotics, with inspiration from nature and attention to form and beauty.
Joris Laarman Lab: Design in the Digital Age showcases the cutting-edge design and innovative techniques used by this internationally renowned designer (born 1979) over the course of his career. The exhibition features furniture designs and applied projects, on display alongside related videos, sketches, and renderings.
