Together, we’ll explore equanimity, one of the four heart qualities that is cultivated through mindfulness practice. Equanimity is the ability to find stability, to be true to ourselves, and to make wise, conscious choices instead of reacting reflexively. We will discuss the concept and practice equanimity meditation.
