About Okay to Say

Okay to Say is an award-winning public awareness campaign initiated by the Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute and supported locally by The Hackett Center. Okay to Say’s message is simple: mental illness is treatable, all Texans deserve access to high quality mental health care, and it’s okay to talk openly about mental health. By talking openly, you can inspire others to support the Okay to Say movement and encourage people with mental illness to seek treatment. Follow Okay to Say on social media to show your support and be a part of the conversation.
