“A Good Heart Is the Best Religion”: Tibetan Teachings for People of All Faiths

Friday, Jun. 19, 2015

01:30 PM – 04:30 PM
US/Central

BODY-MIND-AND-SPIRIT-240X240
Guests can discover how many of the Dalai Lama's teachings, including his notion of universal responsibility and his blessing that "a good heart is the best religion," can be useful in everyday life, regardless of one's religious tradition or spiritual practice.

Along with intellectual exploration of these ideas, the group will learn meditative techniques to connect and open one's heart, and to cultivate the qualities of one's innate wisdom and loving kindness, for the benefit of oneself and all sentient beings.
