Take time for yourself at the Moody’s Summer Wellness Series hosted on Fridays at noon. Guests are invited to participate in low-impact mindfulness and yoga sessions guided by staff from Rice University’s Gibbs Recreation Center. Paired with a walk through our galleries and lunch at the Moody Café, these hour-long, free classes are the perfect way to end the week.
