Calling all gourmands to Rienzi! This elegant event features a pairing of fine Champagnes and inspired culinary offerings from Clark Cooper Concepts’ Brasserie 19 and The Dunlavy.

Journey through time with the women who revolutionized Champagne, from the 18th century to today. Enjoy an evening of fizzy conversation with Clark Cooper Concepts executive chef Brandi Key and SaltAir Seafood Kitchen general managerWendi Lambert about food, history—and of course, the bubbles! Before the seated dinner, treat yourself to a tour of Rienzi.
