Visitors can enjoy a special day at Washed Ashore with music and fun activities where they can learn how to help save animals in the ocean. We can all take action to help aquatic animals; it’s as simple as using a reusable bag when shopping or using reusable water bottles instead of plastic water bottles.

Visitors will learn this and more at Washed Ashore! Washed Ashore is a traveling art exhibit that features giant sculptures of sea life most affected by plastic pollution, and is made entirely of marine debris collected from beaches.

This fun and educational experience is located in the Brown Education Center and is included with Zoo admission.
