Art - Pop-up art displays by All Access Art Show

Live Art by Mark Arceneaux

Film - “Miss Representation" - (90MIN) Written and directed by Jennifer Siebel Newsom, Miss Representation exposes how mainstream media and culture contribute to the under-representation of women in positions of power and influence in America. The film draws back a curtain to reveal a glaring reality we live with every day but fail to see – how the media’s limited and often disparaging portrayals of women and girls makes it difficult for women to feel powerful and achieve leadership positions.

This film is being presented in collaboration with Ellevate Network - a global professional woman’s network dedicated to the the business expansion of women through a economic engagement network.

Music - Les Femmes - all women DJ lineup, with DJs Angiesliste, Kay Illah and Gracie Chavez, bringing you sounds to make you move.

Fashion - showcase curated by Kaleidoscope Houston for local Melodrama Boutique (the place where fashion meets the community. The Boutique has opened its doors to raise funds for non-profit organizations and bring awareness to new and existing businesses). The showcase will focus on all women of different sizes.
