EXPRESSIVE-ARTS-240X240

Dates: Wednesdays, Mar 23 - Apr 13, 6-pm-8 pm

Discover the art of storytelling as a method for healing, self-discovery, and connection. Human beings are natural storytellers, sharing narratives of personal and universal themes that ultimately define our lives. As storytellers we take others on a journey and then return them safely to the present. However, since stories are mechanisms for finding our voices in a time of tragedy and despair, the process needed to create and tell those stories can be both challenging and intimidating. To that end, participants will learn methods for collecting, constructing, and delivering their stories in both non-fiction and fiction form.
