The Human Experience: The World, Our Home

Friday, Sep. 18, 2015

01:00 PM – 01:45 PM
US/Central

From the earliest times, people have found sustenance and solace, challenge and mystery, in the natural world. Art has been a means to express their awe of, communion with, dependence on, and isolation from the natural world.

Fall Tour Series: The Human Experience
The history of the world is the story of the human experience in all its triumphs and tragedies, grandeur and follies. This series of 45-minute tours explores five universal themes, using examples from both Western and non-Western cultures.
