During ExxonMobil Teacher Tuesdays, educators will discover a new world of science as they go behind the scenes with HMNS curators and staff in these exciting interactive workshops. These programs are for adults only.

Teacher Tuesday - La Virgen De Guadalupe

Religious icon and cultural phenomenon, the Virgin of Guadalupe still inspires multitudes of people. Participants will experience this exhibit first hand with the exhibit curator Dirk Van Tuerenhout.

About the Workshop

With new topics each month HMNS can provide educators with ideas and activities to bring the classroom to life! Inspired by the runaway success of the Museum’s Xplorations summer camps and school-year science labs, these workshops give the HMNS teaching staff an opportunity to share what they do best! Register soon as these workshops have a tendency to sell out!

Parking is available in our 6-story garage located on Caroline just south of Hermann Drive. The parking garage is $10 for museum members and $30 for all others. Some free parking is available near the Museum entrance and in Hermann Park. Click here for details.
