Come march to the beat of a different drum with the Indian Music Society of Houston! Listen to the lyrical tunes of classical Indian music as students of Guru Pandit Shantilal Shah will astound you with their unique Tabla drumming concert.
Established in 2003, Tabla Houston has mentored and taught many students how to play the traditional drumming instrument and has passed on valuable knowledge from one generation to the next. Join us to experience the classical instrument played in many south Asian countries.
