PSYCHOLOGY-AND-LIFE-240X240

Falling in love is the easy part! Staying in love and riding the inevitable ups and downs of a modern relationship is much more difficult. Cultivating a lasting relationship requires discipline and strategies to connect and to reconnect. We will examine patterns that keep couples connected, that are effective ways to reconnect after conflict, and that feel comfortable for both partners. Couples will leave the workshop with an individualized set of strategies to maintain and deepen the connection they experience in their relationships. This workshop is designed for couples who are interested in maintaining their relationship, and are not currently in high distress.
