Calling all Star Wars fans! Galaxies will collide when Darth Vader, Princess Leia and Chewbacca make a special appearance at the Children’s Museum of Houston. You're invited to dress as your favorite Star Wars character and become part of this `intergalactic saga.' May the force be with you! Don’t forget your camera! Photos with Star Wars Personalities.
Special star wars Activities:
- Cirque La Vie will perform a light saber duel show. Event time: 1-2 pm at Alcove.
- Don't miss Darth Vader, Chewbacca, and Princess Leia on stage. Event time: 10 am-5 pm at Alcove.
- Foam Light Saber Activity: Use the force to craft a Light Saber. Event time: 10 am-5 pm at Science Station.
- Darth Vader & Storm Trooper Masks: Join the dark side when you make these masks at Junktion.
- Yoda Ears & Princess Leia Buns: Make the wisest Jedi's ears and the warrior princess iconic buns at Junktion.
- Chewy Doll: Make a mini version of everyone's favorite sidekick wookie at Junktion.
- 501st Legion character appearances at Alcove.
About the Programs & Activities
ON-GOING ACTIVITIES:
- Crayon Resist Snowflakes: Combine Crayons and watercolors to create a winter scene to inspire cool thoughts at Alexander Art Academy.
- Beat the Heat: Learn some fun facts about how our furry friends beat the heat in summer time at EcoStation.
- Walk Through Paper: Keep cool under pressure and try to figure out how to walk through paper at Junktion.
- Spy Armband: Make a spy armband that lets you communicate with other spies at Junktion.
- Spy Disguise: Blend into your enviornment when you make a spy disguise at Junktion.
