Serial Cook is a dark comedy about Neslihan (Demet Evgar, Shattered Soul; Thou Gild’st the Even)—a devoted housewife and a perfect cook. Although born and raised in Istanbul, she has spent most of her married life in small Anatolian towns because of her husband’s job. Everyone loves her meals, and Neslihan dreams about being a famous TV chef with a show featuring recipes based on people she knows.
When friends and neighbors in her remote town start to die mysteriously, the newly appointed deputy suspects a link between Neslihan and the murders. The police consider Neslihan the prime suspect, but can they prove she is guilty? Serial Cook provides plenty of mouthwatering food images and laughs to keep audiences hungry and entertained.
