Gayle has been on the Rothko Chapel Board for the past seven years. She shares meditation experiences that she has gradually garnered on the way of her life. She is influenced by her teacher, Venerable Thich Nhat Hanh, beloved for his wisdom about how to be joyfully present in the moment. She also incorporates Erich Schiffman's teachings of relaxation in the body.  Always an experience, this time together is about discovery, a pause in the commentary of our life-filled life. Talk a bit, a little guided meditation....ring a bell, sit, ring another bell, stretch, sit. Talk a bit, silence. Discussion if needed.
