PSYCHOLOGY-AND-LIFE-240X240

We all know what it feels like to be taken over by an idea, a thought, a feeling, or an overwhelming emotion. We are consumed as if we are possessed by a power beyond our control and we react like someone gasping for air, seeking to resume our “normal” way of being. However, in an attempt to fix or manage the symptom, we miss out on the opportunity to discover the truth that this manifestation of psyche reveals. One way we experience these powers is through projections, whereby we come to know a part of ourselves “out there.” If we remain unaware, we might see others as evil; or perhaps as a means to complete ourselves. If we do not acknowledge that others reveal concealed parts of ourselves, we remain unconscious. In this course, we will learn to recognize our possessors and projections, and dialogue with them to discover how they might reveal the divine within.
