Peter and the Bear
Sunday, Jan. 27, 2019 – Sunday, Jan. 27, 2019
The River Oaks Chamber Orchestra (ROCO) and the Horse Head Theatre Company return to the Houston Zoo to perform a reimagined take on Sergei Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf. Peter and the Bear is a new take on the ‘symphonic fairy tale for children’. Enjoy the story narrated and performed to orchestral music. Then, visit the Houston Zoo’s very own black bears, Belle and Willow.
Free with Zoo admission and for Zoo members.
Performances will be held in the Brown Education Center.
