The biennial Citywide African American Artists Exhibition is open to all artists of the African Diaspora in the greater Houston area.
Presented by the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, in collaboration with the Museum's patron group 5A (the African American Art Advisory Association) and the University Museum at Texas Southern University, the Citywide African American Artists Exhibition offers artists the opportunity to show their work to a broader public, and to the collecting community.
The exhibition goes on view June 21 at Texas Southern University, and August 16 at the Glassell School of Art on. There is no entry fee.
