Billions of people - over 2 billion, actually - know the benefits of eating insects. 80% of the world's countries consume them, but they've been slow to make their way into the diet of the average American. With our Love Bugs & Love Bites Fine Dining Cricket event, we hope to show the community an appetizing view on one of the most sustainable sources of protein in the world. If we can help change the perception around entomophagy, we can introduce the benefits of an alternative source of protein.
