Journaling to Awaken Innate Wisdom

Saturday, Sep. 26, 2015

09:00 AM – 01:00 PM
US/Central

PSYCHOLOGY-AND-LIFE-240X240

The group will use a combination of lecture and experiential exercises to discover how journaling can help access intuition, heal fracturing experiences, relieve stress, re-examine old stories and beliefs, and give voice to dreams.

The group will also discuss the seven benefits of journaling—health, awareness, connection, focus, creativity, authenticity, and vision—discussed in Angela’s book, Journaling Through: Unleashing the Power of the Authentic Self.
