This is the first of three gallery talks given by local sculptors on Mona Hatoum’s work. Jillian Conrad is an artist and Associate Professor of Sculpture at the University of Houston. Recent exhibitions include Silent h at Central Features, Albuquerque;Exact Nature at Devin Borden Gallery, Houston; and Sites and Settlements at the Behal Feier Institute, Prague, Czech Republic.
