Presented by Jon Evans, chief librarian
In this month’s Gallery Talk at Rienzi, the Museum’s chief librarian, Jon Evans, discusses a copy of Mr. William Shakespeares Comedies, Histories, and Tragedies, published in 1632—only 16 years after Shakespeare’s death. Known as the second folio, the publication is a significant acquisition in the book collection of Harris Masterson III, Rienzi’s cofounder.
