The tranquil gardens at Rienzi provide the perfect setting for this stress-relieving program based on Sheng Zhen meditation.

“Exploring Meditation in Motion” is a series of six sessions that begin with foundational exercises and build to complex practices by program’s end. Feel free to bring your yoga mat and to wear comfortable clothing! Guests are encouraged to attend all six sessions, but tickets are available on a per-date basis.
