Let go and go with the flow in this breathing and movement exercise for people of all ages and physical abilities. Discover how to utilize the power of breathing to oxygenate the brain and body, strengthen your immune system, reduce stress, and re-awaken joy. The mental and physical health benefits of laughter continue to be confirmed by hundreds of studies and testimonials. No sense of humor? No problem! Laughter Yoga exercises are fun, simple, and easy to apply in your daily life. When practiced in a group, the exercises create a healing, transcendent experience, where emotions are released in a healthy and productive way. There are no on-the-floor exercises, and no yoga mats, or special exercise clothing required. Houston Laughter Yoga has been featured in The Houston Chronicle, Houston Public Media, Great Day Houston, and Houstonia Magazine.
