Release the belief that the creative process is elusive, temperamental, and only available to some. Rather, creativity is abundant and limitless and not dependent on having certain skills or talents. In this workshop, participants will be given several prompts to experience creating without a plan or idea, giving them the opportunity to relax into the unknown and see what shows up….and something always show up! Activities will be completed in a provided art journal that participants can take with them to continue their exploration of the creative process.
