PSYCHOLOGY-AND-LIFE-240X240

Discover how to awaken each morning anticipating what you are creating, rather than worrying about what you fear. Based on Felix Scardino’s book, The Pebble and the Canyon: Reflections on Composing Your Life, this workshop will give you tools to: support yourself through life’s rough and unpredictable changes; find your niche, your sense of purpose, and your passion; fire your imagination with creative thoughts; and improve your health through practices that reduce stress and encourage healing. Through lecture, discussion, guided imagery, active imagination, journaling, and other exercises, we will explore ways to stimulate dialogue between our surface life and the life we lead in unseen depths.
