Join us for a Coexistence Spoken Word Performance featuring Outspoken Bean and Matthew "Levee" Chavez, creator of Subway Therapy, a participatory public work using Post-it notes. This action-oriented, arts-based, social justice event will focus on relating Coexistence topics to the performances through spoken word, poetry, dance and movement, music and audience involvement. This event is free and open for middle school and high school students. Students are encouraged to bring their own lunch and eat on the hill after the Spoken Word Performance.
