According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, approximately 40 million Americans struggle with anxiety disorders - that's nearly 20% of the adult population. Though anxiety disorders are the result of a complex set of factors including genetics, brain chemistry, personality, and life events, more and more research is proving the mind/gut connection and showing that significant changes in lifestyle, specifically in nutrition, can manage the symptoms of anxiety and help improve quality of life.

Join us for a discussion on stress-free diets that will help mellow your mood and tips on overall well-being and nutrition. Following the discussion will be a book signing. Books will be available to purchase.

Tickets available here.
Member Admission - $5
General Admission - $10
