The Core Program at the Glassell School of Art awards residencies to exceptional, motivated visual artists and critical writers who have completed their undergraduate or graduate training and are working to develop a sustainable practice. MFAH Films presents two different screenings of short films and videos by this year’s artists in residence in conjunction with the 2016 Core Exhibition. Each screening is followed by a discussion with the filmmakers, facilitated by the Core Program’s critical-studies residents.
